1. when collecting personal information directly, by lawful and fair means, done with the consent of the person.
2. In obtaining Personal Information, the Company shall inform the customer of the reasons for use and the Company's department in charge, while limiting the scope of information to the extent necessary.
3. high sensitive information may infringe upon the interests of individuals, it does not collect other than when there is proof of such laws and regulations or if there is a clear consent.
4. When a third party is consigned to deal with the Personal Information, the Company shall take such necessary measures as executing a confidentiality agreement to cause the third party to manage the Personal Information properly.
5. The Company shall use the Personal Information to the extent necessary.

The Personal Information will be kept up-to-date, and the Company shall take measures to prevent unlawful access to loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc., of the Personal Information.

Company responds to inquiries from customers concerning personal data or requests from customers for disclosure of personal data sincerely and without delay.
